From late 1991 until the present the following represents our thrust:

DISCOVER the MEANING

DEFINE the MISSION

DEVELOP the MESSAGE

DISTRIBUTE the MOTIVATION

Fortunately, the existence of DFM has implications that are “out of this world.” Knowing God is our take off point and the reason for being.

Assisting others to connect with Him as we have come to know Him allows us to partner with God and others in the greatest quest known to mankind, the Kingdom of God!

I have lived long enough now, have witnessed enough successes and failures and have heard the best of human reasoning to say as the Apostle Paul, “let God be true and every man a liar.” Romans 3:4

Perhaps it is a flash of the obvious, but all roads lead back to the Creator. Where human reasoning fails, Providence prevails!

Many wrestle with complex issues in their personal life. They even try to engage therapists, sign up for costly programs to help them understand themselves, but in the final analysis, they are headed for the Valley of Jabbok where Jacob wrestled and met God face to face.   

From studying and observing thousands, I am learning that:

ETERNAL PRINCIPLES are MORE IMPORTANT than PERSONALITITES

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE is better than INSTITUTIONALISM

EXTREME OWNERSHIP or RESPONSIBILITY takes GRIT

COVENANT LOVE is more than SENTIMENTALISM and

CONSISTENT SERVING creates LONG-TERM SUCCESS.

In all our venues of ministry these are the underlying insights that guide us.
